About me

I am Anna Gentry, a graphic design student at the University of Cumbria.

I dabble in other forms of art in my spare time such as illustrations, crafts, jewellery making, miniature models, very amateur photography and lino printing.

I love art because to me it is the universal connection that can reach every single aspect of life, every industry relies on the arts. It is something that can be mastered through years of dedication, or enjoyed on the odd afternoon by an absolute novice, you can understand the deepest meanings in a painting or just enjoy the pretty shapes, you can create the most intricate building façade on earth, or get a tattoo of a happy face - art is what makes us human, it connects us whether we realise and notice it or not.

Creativity is human nature, its beautiful, and I hope to contribute to that.
